It's all in the name – the building process should be a circle. Re-using materials is one aspect of circular building. Although more and more materials currently are recycled, a great deal of waste is still generated during the construction phase. In a 100% circular building process, there is no longer any residual waste. Every left-over material and building residue can and will be reused.t.
